Founding Partner, Managing Director

Mr. Arica founded his company in 2002. He has corporate experience in retail, C-Store industry, CPG, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, digital technology and financial markets. His entrepreneurial experiences were based on manufacturing, franchise operations, retail, wholesale and distribution. In addition,  he is a senior globaloperator who can communicate very clearly to broad based audiences from start-ups to executive level of Fortune 500. Mr. Arica is Fluent in English, Turkish and French.

Mr. Arica is a  graduate of Galatasaray Lisesi in Istanbul, Turkey. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Management focused in International Business from Northwood University, Michigan and an MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen Ross School of Busines, Ann Arbor. In addition, he holds a SIx Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and a Project Management certificate from the Loyola University in Chicago. He was a scholar at Georgetown in 2012 focusing on cross cultural differences in economic and foreign policy. He is also a faculty member of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) in Chicago focusing on Global Business, Change Management and Business Analytics curricula since 2014.


Goksel Sahin

Senior Partner, Europe and MENA

Goksel is an expert on entrepreneurial endeavors in the US, Europe and the MENA regions as an accomplished General Manager of commercial properties.  He managed operations in Washington D.C., New Orleans, London, Ankara TR, and Antalya TR regions. He is an accomplished leader with expertise on operations management, supply chain, P&L management, real estate property management, HR, franchise operations, F&B, and ultimately customer satisfaction initiatives. He also consults and creates feasibility reports for large-scale investment projects in Turkey and in the USA.

His multinational background and multi-cultural team management abilities help AIC to mitigate risk for clients when it comes expanding in to new markets, specifically in Europe and Turkey. He has lived in UK, France, Turkey and in the US. Goksel also works as a consultant for Turkish companies to expand into the US markets. Earlier in his career, Goksel was the representative of the British defense contractor company GEC Marconi in the UK and Turkey. His duties included sales and marketing in addition to business development.

Goksel managed five star properties on the Mediterranean coast for a multi-national organizations at a management level. In addition, he performed management duties in the US and UK for a national chain of hotels. Moreover, he was involved very heavily in franchise operations as a successful entrepreneur in the USA. Goksel also works as a consultant for Turkish companies to expand into the US markets under the AIC umbrella.

Goksel received his Bachelors of Management degree from the London International College, London, England and a Masters degree in Hospitality Management from the University of New Orleans, USA.  Goksel also obtained a business management certificate from the Dunchurch Management School inBorehamwood, England. He is fluent in English, Turkish, French andspeaks intermediate German.
